We would like to give a big, hearty, Todaymade style congratulations to the Minot Convention & Visitors Bureau today, as they recently raked in an award for their innovation and leadership within the city of Minot.

Last week, at the Upper Midwest Convention & Visitors Bureau Conference the CVB was awarded the Bruce McDaniel Award for Bureau Innovation for the creation and implementation of the website rallyminot.com.
Bravo, Ladies!
I’ll tell you what – we could not be more proud of the Minot CVB crew. They city of Minot was facing a crisis, saw an opportunity to lead, and took charge. We are very proud of our part in the Rally Minot site, but we all know that they were the ones that gave it life.
“We wanted to make a site that was one stop for information during this difficult time for our amazing city” said Wendy Howe executive director of the Minot CVB. “It was a way for us to help both the community and the visitors coming to Minot.”
We were honored when the Minot Convention & Visitors Bureau called us in to help them with this unique project. The need for a single website to aggregate and share the most vital information to the Minot flood fight was clear. In times of disaster and distress information is vital, and we were more than happy to help them do the job.
Congrats to the Minot CVB crew! Keep up the innovation, you truly deserve the honor!
