How can I place design requests with your subscription-based design service?

Once you subscribe to our services, you'll get access to the TodayMade platform. Here, you can easily share your design requirements, communicate directly with your designer, track progress, and manage everything in one place.

I prefer discussing the brief in a face-to-face conversation. Is it possible?

Absolutely possible! You'll have a dedicated account manager who will be available for face-to-face calls or discussions as needed throughout the project.

How soon can I expect to receive my designs?

Most requests are completed within 48 hours or even sooner (after all, we're TodayMade :) For larger or more complex tasks, we’ll divide them into smaller parts, with each part designed to be completed within 48 hours.

Do you have any support staff I can contact directly?

Absolutely! You'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be your go-to person for any inquiries. Feel confident knowing we're here and easily accessible to resolve any queries or problems that arise.

Is there a cap on the number of requests I can make?

Our unlimited design subscription allows you to submit as many design requests as you wish, and they will be fulfilled one at a time.

But it's important to note that your specific plan determines how many assets we can design monthly. So, if you decide to get a subscription for website design, you have the flexibility to request additional design assets. Just keep in mind that the hours we dedicate to web design in your subscription will depend on your chosen plan's limits.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

No problem at all! We'll keep refining the design until you're fully happy with the result.

How do you make sure the designs fit our brand?

We make sure our designs match your brand by diving into your brand's style and guidelines. Our designers are pros at keeping that brand vibe intact. Plus, we'll keep the conversation open with you, making tweaks and changes as needed to get the look just right for your brand.

Is there a refund policy if I'm dissatisfied with the service?

Given the premium quality of our work, we do not offer refunds.
